1. General Terms of Service

By placing an order or booking catering services with Kingdom Man Catering or Kingdom Man Cafe, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time, and the most recent version will always be available on our website.

2. Payment & Deposits

• Catering Orders: A signed agreement and 25% deposit are required to secure

your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

• Cafe Orders: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase or online checkout.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital
  payments.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Catering Orders:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

• Cafe Orders: Orders canceled before preparation begins may be refunded in full.

4. Pickup & Delivery Policy

• Catering delivery times will be confirmed in writing prior to your event. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Cafe orders are available for pickup during operating hours.

5. Food Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

We are happy to offer gluten-free and other dietary options upon request. However, all food is prepared in a kitchen that may contain wheat, dairy, nuts, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Menu Changes & Availability

Our menu is seasonal and may change without notice based on ingredient availability. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary.

7. Privacy Policy

Any personal information you provide (including contact details, order information, and payment details) will be used solely for processing your order or booking and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
